Terms & Conditions

The Service is intended for owners, managers, and employees of automobile workshops and garages in India. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to represent your workshop to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

NexOTO provides a workshop management platform that enables users to create digital job cards, track vehicle status, generate estimates and non-GST invoices, manage staff, and view revenue reports. Some features may depend on third-party services (e.g., WhatsApp).

New users may be offered a 14-day free trial. After the trial, access to the Service requires an active paid subscription.

Current pricing:

• Monthly plan: ₹2,499 / month
• Yearly plan: ₹15,000 / year

Pricing is inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as specified at checkout and may be revised with notice.

Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide accurate billing information. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by writing to support@nexoto.in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Refund requests for paid plans will be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of payment. The free trial is non-refundable.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful workshop operations. You will not upload unlawful content, attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, misuse another user's account, or interfere with the security or performance of the Service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data (customer details, invoices, job cards) you enter into the Service.

NexOTO currently supports non-GST invoicing only. You are responsible for ensuring that your invoicing, taxation, and record-keeping comply with applicable Indian laws.

All rights in the Service, including software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding your data), are owned by NexOTO or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your active subscription.

Data you enter (customers, job cards, revenue) remains yours. NexOTO processes this data to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexOTO's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you to NexOTO in the three (3) months preceding the claim. NexOTO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue or data).

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected misuse. On termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app message or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India applicable to the NexOTO registered office.
